"It is the process where an Individual become fool and train to make individuals fool - QNET Scam" Bombay HC Said.

The Bombay High Court noted that "the deceit and fraud is camouflaged under the banner of e-marketing and business" while rejecting the anticipatory bail requests of five suspects in the multi-crore QNET scam.

According to the Court, this plan is undeniably a multi-level marketing (MLM) activity, and a pyramid structure of such a scheme is established so that members are guaranteed money on the purchase and sale of products.

The company's motto, ‘sell more, earn more,' looks to be quite appealing and benign. This motto, although, is completely covered. The company's core premise is that people can be duped. As a result, the true motto is ‘sell more, earn more' through duping consumers. In reality, it is a chain reaction in which a person is duped and then coached to dupe others in order to make money. Workshops are held for this reason, when study and business content are mixed with a jumble of words, promises, and dreams. Thus, deception and fraud are hidden behind the guise of e-marketing and commerce."

Srinivas Rao Vanka and Magaral Veervalli Balaji, both directors of Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt Ltd, Suresh Thimiri, director of Transview Enterprises India Pvt Ltd, Malcolm Nozer Desai, a 20% stakeholder in Vihaan, and Michael Joseph Ferreira, former world champion of billiards and an 80% stakeholder in Vihaan, were all denied bail.
